Combine Coach's Overall Comments
Mitsugi played as a central midfielder who went in both directions. He started each match well. His short range passing ability looked strong, and he made occasional longer passes into the forwards that had quality. He struggled to find the ball for long periods of time in the match and didn’t always have enough of an impact. Mitsugi’s defensive presence was limited. He ran hard and would get near the ball, but he didn’t make many tackles or break up plays. He committed a few tackles that were reckless fouls. Mitsugi is small and his technical ability (passing, dribbling ability, service) needs to be more consistent to make up for his physical weaknesses. His general understanding of the game was good and his quickness was a strong point.
