Combine Coach's Overall Comments
Lior played as a central defender looked like one of the more mature players at the Combine. He appeared more comfortable than the other players in the tactical areas of the game, as you would expect from a player who spent time in professional environments. The tactical areas of the game were among his strongest attributes. His movement in dealing with situations and putting himself in the correct positions made his defending look strong. Lior also had good moments around the goal when it came to blocking shots. In possession, Lior had trouble at times when put under pressure by opposing forwards. Otherwise, he was comfortable with the ball and did well when playing passes around the back / into midfield. His weakest area defensively was heading under pressure. Quality serves into the box caused problems for him. Lior showed an ability to cover for midfielders and other defenders. He made plays around the goal in terms of blocking shots and timely clearances.
