2009 All-American Strength and Conditioning Athletes of the Year by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Led the Pioneers to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Division III National Tournament as a sophomore, then missed his junior year with an injury. He came back in 2009 and led Transy to the Elite Eight, the best showing in school history. Kramer was a first-team All-Heartland Conference choice and a third-team All-Great Lakes region pick in 2009. Allowed only 9 goals as a senior.
