Scouting Report
Technical (1 - 5: 5=strongest)
Category Score Comments
Dribbling 3 Very nice ability to keep the ball close to him. When faced with more physical opposition, he struggled a bit
Passing 3 Did well to receive and play a decent ball to teammates feet
1st Touch 3 Soft but could use a little more refinement
Crossing NA
Finishing 3 Was able to get in scoring areas but the final application to add quality to his finishing...
Heading 2 Size was a challenge, especially with taller, stronger defenders

Tactical (1 - 5: 5=strongest)
Category Score Comments
Decision Making 3 Played very basic. Never really got himself into trouble
Communication 2 Quiet. Maybe could have communicated more with his other forward to create synergy
Executes Under Pressure 3 Showed he could keep the ball tight at his feet, but lacked that last little burst. Needed to separate himself from the competition.
Movement Off Ball 3 Found good areas to receive balls, held decently.
Small-Sided Game 3 Technical ability helped him. Would have liked to have seen him take some great risk with scoring chances.
Full-Field Game 3 Good forward, but his ability to deal with bigger, stronger defenders, as well as overall fitness, gave him some issues here

Physical Ability (1 - 5: 5=strongest)
Category Score Comments
Strength 3 He learned well with his size to hold the ball well and get good positioning to receive the ball
Speed 3 Great shot distance speed and ability to exploit space
Quickness 3 Quicker with ball than without. Once around a defender, could accelerate into space well
Endurance 3 Could have a better base here to help with pressuring defenders from opposition
Agility 3 Did well in tight spaces, but physically was overmatched at times

Combine Coach's Overall Comments
Liked him from day 1, but size may be a challenge at the next level. Fluid on the ball. Good touch and ability to create but needed an added dimension to make him more dynamic. Would like to see that little more bite and tenacity up top. Can tell understands the game.
